Gardabha.com Customer/User – Bookings & Cancellations Terms

1. Booking Acceptance
All bookings are subject to vehicle and captain availability. Gardabha.com strives to confirm bookings promptly but does not guarantee immediate acceptance.

2. Booking Information
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses along with complete details during booking. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellations.

3. Payment
Payment is collected directly by the captain upon service completion unless otherwise specified. Customers will receive an invoice including applicable charges and GST.

4. Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel bookings before the service begins.

  • A cancellation fee of up to 10% of the booking amount or ₹100 (whichever is lower) may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and must be requested within 24 hours of cancellation.

5. Cancellation by Gardabha.com or Captain

  • Gardabha.com or the assigned captain may cancel a booking due to operational, technical, or safety reasons.

  • Customers will be notified immediately, and no cancellation fee will be charged in such cases.

6. No-Show
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled pickup time or location, the service may be canceled, and applicable cancellation fees may be charged.

7. Dispute Handling
Any disputes related to bookings or cancellations must be reported via customer support within 24 hours for review and resolution.

8. Agreement to Terms
By making a booking, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
