1. Role and Eligibility
Riders must be registered, verified, and legally authorized to operate commercial vehicles. A valid driver’s license, vehicle permit, and insurance are mandatory.
2. Service Commitment
Riders agree to provide timely, safe, and professional transport services using vehicles that meet legal and platform standards.
3. Payment & Charges
Riders collect payments upon completion of service unless otherwise specified. Fare details, commissions, and platform charges are clearly disclosed and transparent.
4. Insurance & Liability
Riders must maintain valid insurance as required by law. Personal accident coverage and liability limits apply as per company and legal policies.
5. Vehicle & Safety Standards
Riders must ensure their vehicles are well-maintained, properly permitted, and compliant with all traffic and safety regulations. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Riders must promptly notify customers and the platform of any cancellations. Unjustified cancellations or repeated no-shows may lead to penalties or account suspension.
7. Conduct and Compliance
Riders must maintain professional behavior at all times. Misconduct, harassment, fraudulent activity, or violation of laws may result in account termination.
8. Data Privacy
Rider personal and operational data are managed in accordance with Gardabha.com’s privacy policy and used solely for service delivery, compliance, and support purposes.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Acceptance
By using the Rider App, the rider acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Important Update: No Per-Ride Commission
Dear Gardabha Riders/Drivers/Captains,
We are introducing a new daily premium system that replaces the old 20% per-ride commission.
Now, you keep 100% of your ride earnings and only pay a small fixed daily premium based on your vehicle type.
You pay a fixed daily premium only on days you complete at least one ride:
Bike Riders: ₹40 per active ride day
Car Drivers: ₹150 per active ride day
Goods Vehicle Captains: ₹300 per active ride day
No rides = No premium.
An active ride day means any day (12:00 AM–11:59 PM) when you:
Accept and complete at least one booking via the Gardabha Rider App
Successfully deliver the ride and collect payment
Example:
If you complete 1 or 10 rides on Monday, you pay only one daily premium (₹40/₹150/₹300 depending on your vehicle type).
Old System (20% Commission):
Ride Fare: ₹500
20% Commission: -₹100
You Keep: ₹400
New System (Daily Premium):
Ride 1: ₹500
Ride 2: ₹300
Ride 3: ₹700
Total Earnings: ₹1,500
Daily Premium (Bike): -₹40
You Keep: ₹1,460
You earn more the more you ride!
Premiums are collected every 15 days from your total earnings.
Collection Periods:
1st to 15th of each month
16th to month-end
Settlement Day:
Premium amount is automatically deducted from your payout.
Example (Bike Rider):
10 active ride days in 15 days
₹40 × 10 days = ₹400 premium
₹15,000 total earnings – ₹400 = ₹14,600 net payout

Your premium depends on your registered vehicle:
Bike (₹40/day): Scooters, motorcycles, parcel bikes (up to 30kg)
Car (₹150/day): Hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs for passenger or light goods
Goods Vehicle (₹300/day): Trucks, tempos, pickups for heavy loads
Ensure your vehicle type is correctly registered in the app to avoid billing errors.
Apart from the daily premium, a small monthly insurance fee (₹125–₹200) is deducted for:

₹5 lakh Health Insurance
Term Life Insurance benefits
