1. Service Scope
Gardabha.com enables users to book vehicles (bike, car, or truck) for goods transfer within India. Services are available on-demand, subject to vehicle and captain availability.
2. User Eligibility
Users must register with a valid ID and be legally authorized to make bookings. Booking on behalf of others requires their consent.
3. Booking & Payments
All fees, including base fare, GST, and any applicable extras, are displayed before booking. Payment is typically collected by the captain upon trip completion. GST invoices are provided after the service.
4. User Obligations
Users are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, proper packaging and labeling, and ensuring that goods comply with Indian law. Hazardous or prohibited items are strictly not allowed.
5. Insurance & Liability
Accident and basic cargo insurance are provided as per company policy. Detailed coverage information is available in the app. Claims require documented evidence. Company liability is limited to insurance coverage and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings may be cancelled with applicable fees (up to 10% or ₹100, as notified). Refunds are processed only for pre-paid services. Refund claims must be submitted through the helpdesk within 24 hours of booking, along with booking details.
7. Data & Privacy
User data is managed according to the app’s privacy policy. Personal information is used solely for booking, billing, and legal compliance purposes. The full privacy policy is available in the app.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent claims, repeatedly cancel bookings, or attempt to bypass platform systems. Accounts of offending users may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
